Delivery
Be sure to place your order before December 15 for your gifts to arrive in time for the big day.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible however due to the high volume of Sales, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for orders to process and be prepared to be dispatched with our Shipping Partner.
Shipping Times vary depending on the destination. Please note that couriers are experiencing high volumes of shipments and, in some locations, delays due to Covid-19.

We have extended our return period for the Holiday season 2020, so that products can be returned to us until January 31, 2021. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition and the labels and original packaging are fully intact. Urbanears.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
