Here it is! The world premiere of The Law Of Jante. A visual punch in the face and an inside story of the world of voguing. Enjoy!

    The freedom of
Voguing is all about freedom, control and self-expression. Vogue is a dance where you express your unique individuality and personality through poses and movement, framing yourself like a self-portrait that tells the story of who you are or who you want to be. We realized quickly that everything about voguing communicated the fundamental thoughts we had while creating Jakan. But of course, we had to dig a little deeper than beyond amazing imagery.

Maceo Frost, is a multi-award-winning film director based in Stockholm, Sweden. Son of a street dance legend father and skateboarding mother, street culture is pretty much embedded within his DNA. His works have received millions of views online, featured on National Geographic and shown at SXSW, IDFA and Sheffield Doc Fest, some of the best film festivals in the world.

“When Urbanears contacted me telling me that they wanted to do something with my favorite dancers in the world it was a no-brainer. It's not often you get the complete freedom to create something as raw and un-apologetic as this piece.

Turn up the volume, hold on to your seat and prepare for your heart rate to go up. Enjoy”.
