Here at Urbanears, we love color. That would probably explain why we had so much fun being a part of the Color Castle Recreation Project the HOPE Outdoor Gallery (HOG) at SXSW in Austin, Texas this week. The HOPE Outdoor Gallery is a three-story art project located at 11th & Baylor St. Austin, TX. We were involved in working on the ‘Local to Global’ installation, with artists producing murals featuring the latest Spring/Summer Urbanears colors.

The Hope Outdoor Gallery works to raise awareness for the Helping Other People Everywhere (HOPE) campaign and is one of the largest outdoor galleries in Texas, created as a way to provide muralists, graffiti artists and community groups the opportunity to display large scale art pieces driven by inspirational, positive and educational messaging.
