Can't connect via Bluetooth

When you are pairing your Pampas headphones with a device for the first time. Make sure that you have charged them before. The LED will blink red and you will hear a low battery alert tone if they are not charged. They are ready to be used when the LED indicator turns green.

To pair your headphones, press and hold the control button continuously (approximately 10 seconds) and watch the LED change from OFF to WHITE to DARK BLUE to indicate Bluetooth Pairing Mode is activated. Pick up your device, turn on Bluetooth, and select Pampas from the Bluetooth menu.

If you are unable to pair your headset with a Bluetooth enabled sound source, try moving the devices closer to each other and away from any interference or obstructions.

Make sure the headphones are not already connected to a different sound source. Alternatively, attempt to disable and then enable the Bluetooth communication on your sound source.
