Max Zoghbi for #30Thrity30
What you do when you don't have to, determines what you become when you can no longer help it.
To celebrate Plattan 2 Bluetooth’s 30+ hours of wireless playtime, we reached out to creators worldwide to help us create the ultimate 30 hour playlist. One hour a day for 30 days.
Traveling around the US in a renovated 79' Airstream, Max and his wife live a life that finds anything but certainty ahead. It is the unknown and the adventure that inspires them to move through different landscapes and cultures. Taking in what they can, creating meaningful relations and experiences along the way, their goal is tell meaningful stories through film, photos and rhetoric. They ascribe to the concept of ‘Hiraeth’. A Welsh word for "a longing or nostalgia for a place one cannot return to. A homesickness for things not there." No matter the direction our deep-seeded hopes point us, it is important to stop and give ourselves time to feel and consider these longings. Though there is often pain attached, it is in their exploration that we find ourselves in our own story, and thus one another in larger narrative of the fullness of time. Their selection of songs is a listening experience with a certain intention. Ideal for an evening of solo ideation, writing, reading poetry with your lover, enjoying good wine with the comfort of friends, or to dress a cozy campsite with a tranquil vibe to incite reflection and meaningful conversation.

Norm-breaking and unapologetic. But still with the same fears and worries as the rest of us. Arvida Byström challenges society's rules as well as herself. Almost always with a touch of pink. We had a quick chat with Arvida about the new collaboration on our Pink Collection, about challenging the norms of society and how to Listen to yourself.
